2 Days Trip From Marrakech To Fes
Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ouarzazat – Camel Trekking:
Our Staff will meet you up depends on where you are: Airport/ Railway station / Hotel / Riad… Then drive south-eastwards via the fascinating landscapes of the Atlas Mountains :Tizi-n-Tishka Pass ( 2260 m Altitude) You will see Berber farmers working on their terraced farms herding sheep, then we continue our road through the African Hollywood & the grand-door of the Sahara : Ouarzazate, then we carry on to the mountains of Dades Valley through the Palmery of Skoura and the Roses Valley, Todra Gorges or the so called «the Grand Canyons of Morocco” it’s an ideal place for walking and exploring on your own, also it’s an opportunity to see how the nomads of the mountains live, herding their goats and little donkeys.
It’s here that you’ll take for a walk right in the middle of the Todra palm trees. The evening set off to Merzouga where Morocco’s unique sandy dunes. Here you will spend the evening in a bivouac (camp), enjoy a Moroccan dinner, and sleep in traditional Nomad camel hair tent.
Day 2: Camel trekking – Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Cedar Forest – Ifran – Fes
Weak up early morning in order to see the sunrise, return by camels to the hotel after breakfast departure to Fes passing from Rissani in order to visit the big Souk in the south of Morocco Drive up Northwards Fes via the so exquisite views of the 1000 ZIZ-Palm trees, Then Lunch is in Midelt, “the apple capital”, at the foot of the Ayachi Mountain. Then have a pet stop to enjoy some time with Monkeys in Azrou Cedar Forest, afterwards visit the Moroccan Switzerland “” IFRAN” then up to Fes in the evening.
