8 Days From Marrakech To Marrakech Desert tour
Day 1 : Marrakech \ Ait Ben Haddou \ Ouarzazate \ Dades Valley.
We will start our tour In the morning,from marrakech exit direction of the High Atlas, we cross the port of T’ichka (2.260 m),and we will see the Kasbah of AIT BEN Haddou, where the famous films of Asterix were filmed. After lunch in ait ben haddou you will follow the route through Magouna Roses to dades valley where you will end your day .dinner at your hotel.
Day 2 : Dades \ Gorge Of Dades \ Erfoud \ Rissani \ Merzouga.
In the morning after breaskfast we will go through the Dades Valley, stopping in to take panoramic photos, then passing by the famous GORGES OF TODRA. We will take a tea quietly and follow the road up to Erfoud. Here, we deviate by track toward the dunes of ERG CHEBBI (Merzouga). Excursion in dromedaries to contemplate the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes during sunset. We will arrive at the Berber camp and enjoy a dinner to the rhythm of drums. We will live an unforgettable night in the middle of the desert. Dinner and accommodation in camp nomad.
Day 3 : Merzouga \ Errachidia \ Midelt \ Azrou \ Fez.
After breakfast. departure to Fes, via Rissani, ancient economic capital of Morocco. We will continue toward the Ziz Valley, crossing through Tafilalet and enjoying panoramic views of palm groves and gorges. We will arrive to Azrou, contemplating the amazing landscapes of the Middle Atlas and the Cedars Forest, with an obligatory stop to see the monkeys in freedom. Then, we pass by Ifrane, the so-called “The Moroccan Switzerland” and in the afternoon we arrive Fez. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 4 : Fez.
In the morning guided visit of Fes, cultural and religious capital, oldest of the imperial cities of the country, approaching us to the Royal Palace and walking along the Jewish quarter, the impressive Medina with their typical craftsmen shops and neighborhoods, the outside of the Mosque, the Koranic School, the Bouanania, and The Quaraouiyne University. Lunch in a typical restaurant in the Medina after. back to riad.
Day 5 : Fez \ Volubilis \ Meknas \ Rabat.
after Breakfast. Departure from fez to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, continue towards Meknes, and visit of the city, linked to the name of Moulay Ismail, the great sultan of the dynasty Alouit. Visit the walled Medina of the city, the Bab Mansour door and the Hedim square. Lunch and departure to Rabat, the administrative capital of the country. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 6: Rabat \ Casablanca \ Marrakech.
After breakfast a panoramic visit of the Royal Palace exterior and its gardens. Departure to Casablanca. Lunch and panoramic visit of the economic capital of the country. Visit of the outside of the Hassan II Mosque and a short visit to get to know the most emblematic points of the city, such as the Corniche Boulevard, the Park of nations and the Mohammed V square Exit toward Marrakech. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 7 : Marrakech.
City visit and its famous DJemaa el Fna square and visit to the Bahia palace, the Saadi tombs and the Dar si Saïd museum. Free lunch in the medina, after visit to the non tourist side of the souk to discover the peculiar district of the boilermakers. after back to the riad.
